Dugie Freeman’s generous gift of his Individual Retirement Account was only the beginning of his vision for this fund. Part of the gift requires that 25% of the yearly earnings would need to be matched in order to be distributed. Otherwise, they would be reinvested in the account to continue growing the gift.
